What Do We Mean By ''Campaign'' ?

Each product in our WebSite is an Campaign

so after you buying one of our products (any product you want ) you will get a ticket for a draw , the draw is going to take a place after we sell all the product(the same product you bought ) .

for example :

if we announce that we have a campaign for a product ( EasyGo Pen )

we will wait till all ( EasyGo Pen ) is sold out , after that we will announce the date of the draw , after draw is done , the winner name will be announced on our WebSite (Winner) page .

Why should I register an account with ?

To complete a purchase with you must have a registered account. This is for your security and protection.

make sure that you have entered the real name , email , mobile number and your address .

How do I set up my account?

To create an account simply click ‘Sign up/Login’ in the top right hand corner of your screen and enter your details in the fields highlighted. make sure that you have entered the real name , email , mobile number and your address .

How do I edit my account?

To edit your account, click on your ”Account”  located in the top right corner on your screen . Tap ”Dashboard” section to edit whatever you want ( billing address or shipping address ) and click ‘Save changes’ to complete.

Where can I collect my Award ?

Details on where to collect your Award will be sent to you via email. For full details please refer to the ‘Draw Terms & Conditions’

Can I send someone else to collect my Award ?

Only the registered account holder, or (and at our discretion), any individual with ‘Power of Attorney’ (POA) can collect the registered account holders’ Award . Emirates ID or passport are the only acceptable forms of identification (please ensure your identification is up to date).

What if I don’t want people to know I’ve won the Award draw?

As per the ‘Draw Terms & Conditions’, has the right to use your name and any statements made across their marketing channels (physical/digital).

Can I view past winners of the campaign draws?

You will be able to view past winners of  campaigns via our ”Winner” page in our WebSite ( , social media channels, as well as our Emails we will send for all our registered customer

How will I be notified about the status of the campaign: 'Launched'/'Ending'/'Sold out '.? will send ‘Emails’ to notify all ticket holders to the status of each campaign.

Are my personal details secure with does not store nor save any sensitive Credit Card information on its servers. Credit Card details that are registered with us are stored securely through the ‘Checkout’ secure online payment gateway. For further information please see our Privacy Policy
